Health & Social Care experience days are designed to give Level 3 learners insight into the vibrancy of health and social care courses, and the rich diversity of careers beyond. They're the ideal first step for students considering HE, and can be tailored to fit your group's specific needs.

Full event details

Our experience days run throughout the year and can ordinarily accommodate up to 60 students, though we can cater to bigger groups on request.

Delivered by staff from a range of health and social care disciplines, our events are hands-on and expert-led, and will provide students with insight into the School of Health & Social Care’s application and interview processes. Each day comprises of:

Welcome talk from academic staff, featuring an overview of Sheffield Hallam’s health and social care courses
Practical workshop delivered by course teams in one of the University’s simulated learning environments
Student ambassador-led campus and facilities tour
Q&A with current students
