Full event details

2026 marks 200 years since UCL was founded. As one of UCL’s founding departments, UCL Maths is also 200 years old! We are grateful for the vital role school teachers play in shaping future mathematicians, and we would be delighted to invite you to an after-school session on what we consider the most important mathematical skill: problem solving.

The session will be held on Wednesday, March 4th, from 5pm to 6:30pm. We will start with a Q&A with the Admissions Tutor, followed by a problem-solving workshop. It is also an opportunity to meet other teachers. The workshop is suitable for KS5 teachers.

Where: UCL, Bloomsbury campus
When: Wednesday, March 4th, 5pm-6:30pm

The event is free to attend, and refreshments will be provided. Joining instructions will be sent out nearer the time of the event.

We look forward to welcoming you then.
