Full event details

Changing how we use our time is about changing our habits and routines.

This learning session will provide an explanation of why individuals tend to keep doing the things they have always done, even if those behaviours are unhelpful.

It then provides self-reflection opportunities together with theory and exercises to help students identify patterns of behavior that prevent them achieving what they want to achieve.

On completion of this session students will be able to identify ‘time wasters’ and have strategies to produce actions which will improve their use of time.

So whatever your goal is, don’t let ‘lack of time’ be the block that prevents you achieving it.

Once we receive your booking request, our team will be in touch and will provide you with the pre-recorded webinar.
