Actuarial Science involves the application of quantitative skills to problems in finance that normally involve risk or uncertainty. This Subject Session is an ideal way for students to learn more about a degree that is designed for those who excel in and enjoy mathematics - in particular modelling and probability and especially for those who like asking “What if?”.

This degree provides students with the necessary skills and knowledge to start their actuarial career, but equally prepares students for careers in risk management, investment management or financial analysis.
