The University of Strathclyde is a leading international technological university located in the centre of Glasgow, Scotland’s largest city. Our courses

The Faculty of Engineering offers 40 courses across 8 departments covering traditional engineering disciplines alongside specialist subjects like Prosthetics & Orthotics and Naval Architecture. Strathclyde has an excellent reputation and is targeted by top companies to take part in their prestigious scholarship programmes. Many students take part in extracurricular activities like Formula Student.

The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences offers a flexible BA where students choose 3 subjects in first year, which may include 2 from HaSS and 1 from our Business School. There are a wide range of subjects on offer including Journalism, Politics, and Psychology. We also offer vocational degrees including the LLB Law, and Speech and Language Pathology.

The Faculty of Science provides a vibrant, dynamic, and supportive place to study, giving graduates the knowledge and skills required for today’s workplace. Courses include Chemistry, Computer Science, Maths & Statistics, Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences, and Physics. The Faculty has strong links with industry and the NHS.

The Strathclyde Business School has a strong reputation for producing workplace ready graduates. Students can study the flexible BA Business and cover a range of business subjects, or one of our specialist courses such as our Masters in International Business with a Modern Language. Our Management Development Programme is an element of our BA degrees, and is supported by graduate employers including Barclays and Morgan Stanley.
