One day taster event at University for year 10, to understand more about maths, physics, chemistry, computer science, chemical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, material science and electrical engineering and what it would be like to do a degree in them. Each participant chooses two workshops.

Full Event Details:

A day at university where year 10s can explore maths, physics, chemistry, computer science, chemical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, material science and electrical engineering and discover whetherr they would like to pursue them into A level and beyond. The event is suitable for those considering university in one of these areas and aims to give hands on experience in a fun and interactive way. There will be opportunities to meet staff and students and to use the facilities in departments at the university.
