Is Santa a criminal?

Could he be guilty of trespassing when he enters people's homes on Christmas Eve? And what about his elf workforce at the North Pole, are they employees entitled to pay, holidays and workplace protections?

Join us for a festive legal investigation as we explore whether Santa's Christmas Eve activities could land him in trouble with the law.

Designed for sixth form students interested in law, criminology or legal justice, this interactive session will uncover how lawyers analyse real-world scenarios while exploring issues such as trespass, privacy, and employment.
