These exciting and interactive days will give your Year 12 and 13 students the opportunity to explore the wide range of creative industry-based subjects we offer. Your students will be able experience what it is like to study with us by taking part in subject-specific taster sessions.
Based at our Britannia Mill and Markeaton Street sites, our Creative Industries Taster Days are a great opportunity for Year 12 and 13 students to learn more about the creative industry-based subjects we offer at the University of Derby. Students will have the opportunity to take part in subject-specific taster sessions for our creative subjects and see the facilities that those courses are taught in.
Structure of the days:
09:30am - Arrival
10:00am - Welcome presentation and overview of arts at Derby
10:30am - Morning subject taster session (students will pick from several options)
