Why do you find yourself distracted from tasks you set yourself or that you need to complete?

More than a century of attention research shows that some limitations of attention may be hard wired, part of makes us human.

Led by Dr Alon Zivony from the School of Psychology, join us for this online session to examine whether we’re doomed to be distracted, or if there are things we can do to improve our attention.

We’ll also introduce you to our undergraduate psychology course and why Sheffield is a great place to study the discipline.

This session also includes a Q&A with our academic staff and current students.
