Why do our bodies wear down over time and how can science help us to understand? 

Led by Dr Mirre Simons from the School of Biosciences, join us to discover the fundamental processes driving cellular decay, DNA damage and molecular breakdown that shape human life spans.

This online session will give you a snapshot of university-style learning and show how the biosciences can tackle complex real-world problems. 

The session also includes a Q&A with our academic staff and current students.
