This day is designed for secondary school pupils, with the purpose of aiding their preparation for HE through understanding the following; the function of libraries beyond storing books, how to navigate a university library and its learning resources and to develop study and revision skills.

Full event details

A creative introduction to academic libraries for young people with an interactive, imaginative, and age-appropriate experience. Pupils will explore what a library can be – and then discover how Curzon Library works in real life. The tone is playful, creative, and accessible, and intended to inspire preHE visitors.
