Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is one of the more commonly used approaches in counselling and psychotherapy. One of the underpinning principles of CBT is to increase awareness, as this helps us to identify personalised opportunities for change. This session will apply principles from CBT to explore the benefits of habit tracking, interpret patterns and identify opportunities to improve mental health and wellbeing.
