Have you ever wondered what memory really is, how we can strengthen it, and why we forget?

Join Dr Natasha Lindsay from The University of Law to explore how our memories work, why they can make mistakes, and how they’re shaped by suggestion.

You’ll discover the ‘Seven Sins of Memory’ (Schacter 2001) and look at creative ways to investigate and enhance memory, including the power of music and smell.

Learn about the fascinating science of memory and strategies to better understand and improve it.
