Have you ever wanted to see how a murder trial plays out?

Well, as part of The University of Law’s live virtual experience, audience members will witness a live mock trial from start to finish and be part of the voting jury – without having to leave home!

Join us as a team of actors and student barristers attempt to prove the guilt or innocence of the defendant following the shocking death of flashy property developer Dan "The Man" Thorne outside a quiet village pub.

Mild-mannered retired librarian Paul Mercer, Chairman of the Village Green Preservation Society, claims he threw a single punch in sheer panic to defend himself from a drunken bully.

But with tensions boiling over Dan's controversial plans to build a massive new development in the heart of the village, the final decision lies with you; was this a desperate act of self-defence, a tragic case of manslaughter, or cold-blooded murder?
