Full event details

Over the past two decades, positive psychology has focused on helping people thrive, exploring their strengths, meaning, and what it takes to live well.

At the same time, digital technologies have become a central part of how we understand and support mental health. From voice assistants to AI-powered chatbots that can simulate empathy and deliver personalised wellbeing support, artificial intelligence is rapidly changing how we interact with technology and with ourselves.

In this session, we’ll explore how AI is already being used within positive psychology, and what the future might hold. We’ll also consider the ethical questions this raises: Can technology genuinely support human flourishing, or are there risks we need to be aware of?

Join us as we unpack whether AI can truly help us build resilience, develop our strengths, and support wellbeing at scale, or whether the human element remains irreplaceable.
