Join us for an engaging and interactive taster day designed for students interested in a future in education. Through dynamic, university-style workshops, you’ll explore subjects such as:

  • Primary Education
  • Childhood Studies
  • Education Studies

Along the way, you’ll meet experienced lecturers and gain valuable insight into the wide range of careers within the education sector.

During the day, you’ll delve into key concepts. These include teaching, learning, and child development, while experiencing what life is like as a trainee teacher. You’ll also explore the vital role of reading in supporting children’s development and success.
