SOAS Year 12 Outreach Summer School - Designed to give students a first-class experience of study at HE level.
During the summer school students will attend lectures delivered by leading academics, debate key issues, engage in study skills sessions and find out more about university life and the UCAS process.
Students will also meet recent graduates, work with current SOAS students, and complete a group project with peers.
There are three pathways to choose from:
Cross-cultural connections: exploring History, Philosophy, Arts, and Languages and Cultures.
Thriving futures: exploring Economics, Finance and Global Development.
Law and society: exploring Law, Anthropology and Politics.
The SOAS Summer School is a widening participation activity designed to give students a first-class experience of study at HE level. It is for Year 12 students attending state schools and colleges. It is free and non-residential (Where possible, SOAS will cover travel costs for eligible students who live outside the London Oyster Card 16+ Travel Zones).
