Is your child considering studying at a university in the UK?

Our Global Futures Summer School is a 10-day residential programme for students aged 16-17 to gain a preview of undergraduate life at Durham University by exploring our courses and engaging in discussion-based learning.

Throughout the Global Futures programme, you will explore a range of Social Science disciplines, study with Durham academics, take part in interactive sessions, experience collegiate life and develop the skills and confidence needed to prepare for university study in the UK.

What's included:

9 nights in en-suite accommodation (Durham University College student accommodation)
Breakfast, lunch and evening meals daily
Welcome event, team-building, games night, sports centre access and a farewell dinner
Full academic programme (lectures, seminars, and group work)
Full-day trips to Edinburgh (includes travel, meals, entry to attractions)
