About the day
Our Biomedical Science Day gives students the opportunity to explore how science is used to understand human health and diagnose disease. Through interactive, hands-on activities, students will experience what it’s like to work in a laboratory and learn how biomedical scientists investigate illness and improve health outcomes.
Led by expert academics who are active researchers, the day introduces key areas such as microbiology, immunology, genetics, and pathology, while also highlighting the wide range of careers available in healthcare, research, and industry.
This event is ideal for students who enjoy science, are curious about how the human body works, and are interested in careers that make a real difference.
