These will explain corrosion, battery functions/mechanisms (e.g. charging-discharging in a Li-ion battery cell) and manufacturing of very clean metals and alloys for detecting systems to enable direct Dark Matter detection and other rare event searches.
This event is part of our Masterclasses series and is open to Year 11 students.
