We have been experimenting with a wide range of tools to improve session planning, inspire activities, strengthen labour market insight, and enhance employability support for students. We are developing ethical guidance, boosting digital confidence, and exploring how AI is reshaping recruitment so that students can navigate these new processes with clarity and integrity. We are also supporting staff and students to build future-focused skills, from digital literacy to reflective thinking about the world of work.
