Using the School of Art and Design as your subject, you will map, record and interpret your journey through the building. This process-led exploration will inform the creation of a fine art work responding to notions of space, place and presence

Full event details

This 1.5 hour session allows students to explore the brand new Delia Derbyshire building, looking at it and recording it in creative ways, while touring round the fantastic facilities the school of art and design offers.
Using surface mapping, students will explore composition and layout, colour and typography to create a piece of work that can be displayed in a fine art context, either as a flat work or sculpture
