Full event details

The Open Day Experience - pick-and-mix how you'd like to spend your time with our wide range of activities. Have lunch in our student canteen, visit different accommodation buildings, attend a dedicated workshop that will talk you through the world of Apprenticeships and so much more.

This event is aimed at year 12 students and will include:

  • A huge range of over 25 subject tasters, offering students maximum choice and working to make the sessions as interactive as possible.
  • Increased focus on apprenticeships, to give students the opportunity to understand other pathways to higher education qualifications.
  • A structured morning followed by free choice over lunch and the afternoon sessions, giving students the chance to personalise their day, with campus tours, drop in stands, mini presentations, multiple food options, visits to halls of residence and more.
  • The chance to meet our current students and discover first-hand what university is really like
  • UCAS on campus, delivering a detailed update for school staff on the state of the higher education nation.
