Explore Law at the University of Dundee with Caroline Hamilton, Lecturer, and Libby Findlay, Student Engagement Officer.
This session introduces the fundamentals of Law and the range of degree options available at Dundee, highlighting our practical teaching approach through case studies, mooting, and legal clinics.
We offer qualifying degrees in Scots law and in English, Welsh and Northern Irish law. You can study a dual qualifying degree in both Scots and English law, allowing you to train as a lawyer in any part of the UK. Our English Law LLB is attractive to international applicants as a qualifying Common Law degree.
We have designed our LLBs to be very flexible. If you start on the Scots Law LLB, you can easily switch to Dual Qualifying. If you take the English Law LLB, there is an opportunity to stay an extra year to pick up Scots subjects to qualify in Scotland.
