BNU's College of Health & Society is committed to support students achieve their goals. We offer a diverse range of subject tasters in this area including: Allied Health, Nursing and Midwifery, Health and Social Care, Education, Psychology, Criminology, Social Work, and Sport and Exercise Sciences.
Tasters within BNU's College of Health and Society are great opportunities for students to experience and gain some hands on experience with their subject of interest & explore those passions further.
The College hosts courses within Allied Health, Nursing and Midwifery, Health and Social Care, Education, Psychology, Criminology, Social Work, and Sport and Exercise Sciences and we are happy to host taster sessions within all of these areas. Sessions are hosted by our Academic & Outreach teams allowing students to gain a deeper insight into both their topic of interest as well as university life in general.
We take a bespoke view to our taster sessions allowing for consultation between us and your school/college to find what would benefit your students the most. We can tailor sessions to make us of our extensive facilities to facilitate student learning, also tailoring sessions to align with the national curriculum.
Our team has experience of working with neurodiverse individuals and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.
Tasters can be hosted at our High Wycombe, Uxbridge or Aylesbury campuses (https://www.bucks.ac.uk/life/our-campuses) or at your school/college. We are also able to offer contributions towards both transport and travel, please enquire for further information.
