It's widely viewed as a problem of the present but terrorism has a lengthy and often unacknowledged history. The lecture will reflect on when terrorism began in its modern form and how it is has evolved over the last 160 years. It will also trace how society has reacted to it and how that has changed over time.

This Masterclass is open to students in Years 12 and 13.
