University event offered by SOAS University of London
Half Day
The aim of the session is to provide students with a rich vocabulary for making sense of capitalism as an ideology whose logic involves the (re)production of racism in not only the division of labour itself but across all economic and social domains. Students, in this way, will gain both a concrete sense of how Politics, Economics, and Philosophies at SOAS gel, and broader insights into SOAS’s unique and refreshing critical intellectual ethos, one which is committed to social and economic justice.
On Campus Masterclasses are subject based and are three hours long. They consist of a topic-based lecture and interactive activity, led by a SOAS academic. There is also a campus tour and a workshop on Higher Education led by Student Ambassadors.
