This is your opportunity to explore three engineering subject areas and gain a deeper understanding of student life at our School of Engineering and Materials Science.  

• Chemical Engineering - Building a sustainable future is one of the biggest engineering challenges we face. Our unique Chemical Engineering programme focuses on renewable energies, teaching our students to apply their chemical engineering expertise to develop greener energy solutions.
• Sustainable Energy Engineering  -  Our Sustainable Energy Engineering programme provides students with the tools and knowledge needed to tackle the greatest challenges regarding sustainable development and renewable energy sources. This unrivalled and innovative programme will place you at the forefront of one of the most important fields of the century.
• Materials Science and Engineering -  Have you ever wondered how a Formula One car can weigh so little, how the touchscreen on your mobile works or what an artificial heart valve is made of?  Our Materials Engineering programme will give you a strong grounding in the physical and chemical structure, properties, manufacturing and design of materials.
