The session will help you develop a critical understanding of the content that is served on your social media feed, why it is appearing, and how companies are able to effectively (or ineffectively) reach a wider audience to take action.
We will carry out a deep dive into social media advertising and you will gain the skills required to identify and critique call to actions, analyse creative ad content and its relevance to the target audience and messaging, as well as understand different targeting criteria.
To wrap up, we will test your newly gained knowledge by asking you to create your own customer avatar for a leading brand.
