Short Session Delivered at your school/college
In today's rapidly changing society, multidisciplinary and diverse health and social care professionals are needed to provide care and bring about change in the UK and internationally. This will be an interactive session, exploring a broad range of health issues an individual can encounter in different times of their life. You will see the varied and exciting career opportunities you can enter into to support and work with people in the development and provision of services.
The Discover Programme consists of subject-specific lectures and workshops aimed at Year 12 or Year 1 college students, delivered by academics that teach at the University.
These sessions are designed to both complement the curriculum and introduce new subject areas.
