The restaurant sector is just one aspect of the hospitality industry. This workshop examines how the need to be dynamic and competitive takes food and restaurant development into new and sometimes controversial areas. An interactive experience which is definitely not for the squeamish!
The Discover Programme consists of subject-specific lectures and workshops aimed at Year 12 or Year 1 college students, delivered by academics that teach at the University.
These sessions are designed to both complement the curriculum and introduce new subject areas.
