This session takes a look at the current challenges facing people management in businesses with a fouc on neurodiversity, inclusion, mental health and well-being. Do organisations see their staff as a cost or an investment and how do these contemporary issues affect both employer and employee?
The Discover Programme consists of subject-specific lectures and workshops aimed at Year 12 or Year 1 college students, delivered by academics that teach at the University.
These sessions are designed to both complement the curriculum and introduce new subject areas.
