Middlesex University Robotics taster day, the day will include using the Niryo Ned2 Robotic Arm, students will program, debug, and control a real robot, seeing how code translates directly into action. To we use block-based or text-based programming tools, depending on the group’s experience and confidence level.
Would you like to bring your students to an MDX Robotics taster day to supporting their learning and aspire their future career?
Working in pairs, students progress through a series of challenges that increase in complexity, strengthening their computational thinking, coding, and problem-solving skills. Depending on interest, we can showcase more advanced capabilities of the Niryo platform, such as computer vision, giving students a taste of the wider possibilities of robotics.
By the end, students will have connected classroom learning to real-world technology, gaining valuable STEM skills and a glimpse into future pathways in engineering, computing, and emerging tech, all while having fun bringing robots to life!
