KEY INFORMATION ABOUT THE EVENT
Places are initially limited to 15 students per school or college to allow us to engage with as many institutions as possible. We expect demand to be high but may be able to offer more places to you at a later stage, based on interest and capacity. If demand for an event exceeds spaces available, we will operate a waiting list.

NB: Schools/college staff will be expected to accompany their students to the event (rather than students travelling and attending UWE Bristol independently). If your attendee numbers decrease between time of booking and the event date, please let us know so we can ensure that all spare places are filled.

In line with our commitment to increasing access to Higher Education for young people from underrepresented backgrounds, we particularly welcome students from the groups below.
-Students who live in low participation neighbourhoods (e.g., POLAR4 quintiles 1 or 2. Please use the OfS postcode checker to identify students)
- Students with disabilities, learning differences or who are neuro-divergent
- Students from Gypsy, Roma and Traveller Communities
- Students who are first in their family to experience Higher Education
- Students from military families
- Care leavers, young carers or students estranged from their families
- Refugees
