16:30 – 16:50 – Introduction to the evening and event theme. Findings from OfS projects linked to tackling gender disparities on health care courses in the UK
16:50 – 17:50 – Reflections from our staff from across our Health and Social Care subjects on challenges linked to diversity within the sector
17:50 – 18:20 – Group discussions and action planning. Considering diversifying your own recruitment pipelines. Sharing good practice and identifying key actions to take back to your organisation
