In this webinar, Writing your Personal Statement for Nursing at Aberystwyth University, we will give you ideas and tips on how to write your personal statement. Within the UCAS application process, your personal statement will be the only opportunity you will have to sell yourself and to persuade the University to choose you above other applicants. Admission Tutors will read hundreds of personal statements each year, therefore it is important to get yours right and for it to stand out – for the right reasons, of course!

We will provide information on:

-How to structure your personal statement
-What type of things to include
-What to avoid
-Writing your personal statement will take time, therefore it is important that you have the information you need to make sure that it is a good one.

Bleddyn is a Senior Lecturer and a registered nurse with a mental health specialty, working both clinically and within community settings as well as senior management nursing roles, and Angharad is a Lecturer and is also a registered nurse with secondary care, community care and research experience.
