Full event details

In this session, lecturers from the Humanities Foundation Year and Liberal Arts progammes will be in conversation discussing how theories, ideas and approaches used within the humanities can help us to understand the world we are living in and the challenges societies face. Drawing on examples of individuals and communities, past and present, we will consider how humans respond to, and deal with, adversity through the interdisciplinary perspective of the humanities.
