About: Have you ever wondered what happens to your body during exam stress? In this Masterclass, students will explore the psychological research looking into the causes and consequences of exam anxiety, and the current psychological approaches to helping reduce it.

Students will have the opportunity to experience what exam anxiety can feel like as well as the chance to try out some of the most up-to-date exam anxiety interventions.
Masterclass is perfect for students who are studying GSCE or A-Level Psychology or any student who has a keen interest in the subject.

Additional Information: School bookings only. Please note you may not be allocated all the places you request depending on availability.

Sessions will run from 13:00 - 15:00.
