Event Summary:

A short workshop about keeping up your spirits and teaching your students how to remodel their thinking to support their well-being.

Full Event Details:

Encourage your students to think positively! Use this session to help them learn how to turn their viewpoints around to see the positive aspects of their educational problems. The session uses features of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help students learn how to think more positively.

HOP work with targeted pupils as part of the National Collaborative Outreach Project (NCOP). This event is only offered to schools/colleges within our cohort.

Suitable For:

Bookings by Teachers for Key Stage 4 (Students aged 14-16)
Bookings by Teachers for Key Stage 5 (Students aged 16-18)
