A residential visit to Bangor University allows students an opportunity to combine a visit to the University, receiving HE based talks and lectures, with other activities in the surrounding area.

Full event details

A tailored programme is drawn up for each school wishing to bring a group of pupils (or the whole year group) on a visit to Bangor.

The activities available include talks by particular academic departments; guided tours of the campus (including student accommodation and sports facilities); a visit to/presentation by the Students’ Union; workshops/presentations on team-building, graduate careers, study skills and progression to Higher Education.

The visits can be either day-long visits or residential visits.
