Full event details

We are celebrating engineering in the city with a series of events and workshops. The day will start with our Magic of Engineering show, and then groups will take part in hands-on activities. Year 9/10 learners will learn about civil engineering, renewable energy, biomedical engineering, and virtual reality. Year 12 groups will build pendulum-powered cars, with a competition and prizes awarded at the end.

Monday 16 July: Maximum of 15 Year 9/10 learners per school

Tuesday 17 & Wednesday 18 July: Maximum of 15 Year 11/12 learners per school/First year students at college
