This is an opportunity for students currently in year 11 or 12, who are interested in social sciences, to take part in a selection of introductory academic sessions.
Participants will have the opportunity to select two workshop options from the following subject areas:

Psychology
Sociology
Criminology
Security Studies
Black Studies

Morning sessions will be followed by a tour of our flagship Curzon Building. Then in the afternoon participants will be given the opportunity to experience their second choice of workshop.

If you are interested in any of these areas of study, or not sure which you would prefer to study, this is a great opportunity to experience real academics putting on interactive taster sessions and sampling the differences between them.

Our new Explore... series offers students in years 11, 12 and 13 a taste of degree level study on campus. With many events offering the chance to experience several different workshops over the course of one day, this unique opportunity encourages students to broaden their understanding of the different courses available in each area.
