Full event details

This evening has been designed for parents/guardians of Year 11 and 12 students, whose son or daughter is interested in applying to University, to update you on the issues and help available when applying to higher education and support you in giving informed advice to your child.

We are conscious that knowledge and awareness of Higher Education issues such as admissions and finance are important, not only for those applying to University but also to their parents and family, particularly if they have little or no experience of Higher Education themselves.

With this in mind, we have put together an evening for parents on the Aston University campus, covering general HE issues to complement the already extensive support and advice given to parents by schools and colleges.

The topics covered during the evening will be general and informal and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and find out more about Higher Education.

A copy of the programme is available on our website.

Although this event is intended for parents/guardians, students are more than welcome to attend. Please note that, due to the popularity of this event, booking is essential and is limited to 3 places per family.

If you would like to attend, please complete our online booking form at the weblink below.

All bookings must be received by 5.00pm on Friday 1st June 2012.
