Introduction to Design and Technology Taster Day (May 2013 TBC)

Aimed at: Year 12 / Year 13
Time: 1:00pm to 3:30pm
Location: Chesham Building, City Campus, University of Bradford

You are invited to enter the exciting world of the Product Designer in EDT’s state-of-the-art CAD design suite. You will be taught how to use cutting-edge software which can transform your design creations into a 3D computer-generated model. The CAD/CAM software is used by professional engineers and designers worldwide, and you will be able to find out whether a career as a CAD designer is the right career path for you. Also included in the programme is a tour of the design studios and automobile workshops, home to the EDT student kit cars.
