Organised jointly by Aston University and top employers in the West Midlands, our employer engagement activities allow students to access the professions that have shaped our city and inspire them as to how they too can become part of this ever growing success. Each event is designed to increase students' understanding of the range of employment opportunities available to them in the region and the essential soft skills which employers look for in the world of work. Some events will take place at the company’s offices in the West Midlands, allowing students a once in a life time opportunity to gain inside perspective and careers advice from industry experts.

In this session, marketing professionals Andra Groza and Simon Russell share their stories, industry advice and the secret to building a career in digital. Highlights include creating your own Snapchat marketing campaign and getting an insight into what makes a marketer's brain tick.
