This taster day is a great opportunity for students to find out about the different health and social care programmes offered and prepare for entry.
Aimed at: Access, Year 12 and FE Year 1 Students. Level 3 students studying A-levels, BTEC or similar programmes.

What will the students learn? At the end of the day, students will:
-Understand the different routes into health and social care and clinical skills courses
- Have learned how to make a successful application
- Have learned how to prepare for selection days
- Have experienced being a university student for a day
- Have developed practical skills in various subject areas
What will the students do?
During the morning, there are short talks about different routes into health and social care and potential career routes. Students have the opportunity to hear from University of Greenwich students about what life at university is really like.
The afternoon activities are hands-on interactive workshops related to some of the programme on offer.
