Full event details

Although the pace of the World’s population growth is slowing, global population is predicted to grow from 7 billion to over 11 billion in the next century. India and African countries are predicted to have massive population booms. This will place unprecedented pressure on the scarce natural and other resources, as well as infrastructure in these countries. Add the impacts of climate change to these problems and it appears that many countries are heading for unprecedented disaster. This masterclass explores the causes population growth, what impacts it has a climate change, and what the solutions might be.
