Our masterclasses are designed to allow learners to experience what learning is like at a selective Russell Group university. Most masterclasses are two hours long and are normally held in the Autumn Term between 1.00–3.00pm on a Wednesday afternoon.

What makes us choose one food over another? Why do we stop eating when we do, and why do we eat when we are not hungry? This session will explore answers to these questions and discuss the experiments conducted by scientists who are interested in finding out why we eat what we eat.
