Students in Years 10 - 13 are invited to 'takeover' the University for a day to experience the working world behind our huge institution and have your say on what you would like for your future career.
NTU is a major employer in Nottingham with over 4,800 members of staff working within a huge range of different and exciting departments including areas such as Astronomy and Sociology, event management and business start-ups, languages and libraries. All these departments help support our vast student community and serve an important purpose in the day-to-day running of our organisation.
On Friday 22 November 2013, NTU are teaming up with the Children's Commissioner for the first time to open our doors to visiting students who will join an area of their choosing for the day, meet key members of the team and have a chance to experience what it's like to work for such a modern and influential employer. You will also get to see what university life is like and will meet our current students.
Work experience can play a vital role in your future, opening the doors to potential careers and courses – so take the opportunity to try out something new and see what university can offer you.
