Techniques used within the practice of radiography include Diagnostic radiography such as X-rays, MRI scans, CT and Ultrasound; and Therapeutic radiography which is one of the most effective weapons against cancer, helping to control and cure disease. Students studying on either of our radiography courses work with the latest technology and facilities at City University London's cutting edge clinical skills suite.

Course Requirements: This taster course is open to year 12 students only. Students should have, or be looking to achieve the following grades; 320 UCAS tariff points from three A2 subjects. A minimum of 100 points must be achieved from an A level in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Biology, points from General Studies and Critical Thinking courses cannot be used for entry to these courses . All students require 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent), including English Language, Mathematics and Science (Physics is preferred).
